I agree with what he said, if it's that bad make it a criminal case.

Hopefully it is made a criminal case.

Maybe someone has said this already but they can’t make it a criminal case because the statue of limitation has passed.

Also it would be up to prosecutors to decide if there was enough evidence for a trail.

Hasn't there been a temporary reprieve on the Statue of Limitations to allow historical cases? Might be a state thing rather than US wide though
