Reminds me of a rugby team at my unI which did a little boy / Jimmy Saville / police officer themed bar crawl with your role determined by which year you were in, each setting off 5 minutes after the other group. It might be the most inspired fancy dress bar crawl idea I've ever heard tbh. It also got the entire team banned from playing rugby for the whole year I believe.
