Confirmed as her we knew it was coming..judging by the response now unless the media go against the family wishes the public won't get any further updates on this

No it's doubtful there will be any further press conferences about this.. if it's discovered then it would be leaked info

Key words from the family is "we will take it from here" meaning they no longer want this investigation extended to the public

I'd hope Sky News and ITV news come out with a public apology for harassing the family at a time like this. Good on them for calling them out. I bet it won't happen though.

They were harrasing the family, friends and I believe police after warnings trying to obtain information to sell papers

Sounds like they contacted the family directly yesterday despite the family asking the press to leave them alone, pretty scummy behaviour but no surprises really

I wonder if we'll now get weeks of speculation over how she came to be in the river now she's been found

They are responsible for their own harassment.
If they were told to leave the family alone and they didn't they are responsible.

Those poor people. Especially the husband, being torn apart by random members of the public fueled by the media? Hopefully lessons will be learnt with some hefty financial penalties.

I guess Sky and ITV are busy preparing their anuses for the onslaught (and rightly so)

It will be interesting to see if any of the Youtubers, or other muppets who were publically naming the partner as a murderer, will get dragged into court.

This whole thing has been a huge circus, and a totally horrible mess.

Sky are a waste of space they had the ex detective speculation BS for one, why the family themselves couldn't suppress their desire to read social media, who knows.
