The Division 2 - March 2019

Yeah, I mostly use LMG’s with Strained and have only recently started messing with AR’s. Annoyingly I haven’t a single Famas in my entire stash of god rolled weapons so they must be ultra rare from my perspective as I have what looks to be every other AR. Measured would be absolutely devastating lol

I'm still trying to get a perfect Police M4 but I've grown too fond of the damage from both the Famas and MK16/Tactical MK16.

Military G36 is another one that goes along side my Famas.

MK16 with Strained absolutely rips the armour plates off the dogs and chungas on Legendary. It ranges from 1.1 to 1.6 million per bullet on my Gunner build.

My almost perfect Famas is 1% away from perfect with 9% for DMG to target out of cover. Still chasing that all god rolled Famas with optimist. as well as Burnout. My current Burnout is 2% away from god roll with 8% DMG to target out of cover.
I've another nasty Famas that's like a laser but without the buffed damage talent, stacks 100% stability and accuracy on hits.
It feels like Railsplitter in a way.

Measured is also nasty with the Vector class SMGs.

I'm partial to my God rolled Tactical Mk.16 w/ In Sync on my Eclipse build. But have recently started to run a 99% God rolled FAL SA-58 purely for aesthetic reasons, it's my favourite real world battle rifle and looks good and sounds brutal.

Yeah, that's one reason I prefer it for my Eclipse build. You can throw the turret out and then sit some distance away whilst lobbing in little nuggets of fiery goodness. Still get mullered by sniper shotguns though.

The long range shotgun damage is insane. I was down to a slither of health in some missions with all directives on since health packs wont restore your armour all the way. Sometimes not even half way. They laser you like crazy.

Thank **** for that. After all the palaver I've had with Windows today the game didn't need a re-install, because on a 1MB/s connection that would've been a right pain. Lost my heavily tweaked Graphics Config file for Elite though, so got to get back to coding that again - could've sworn I backed it up.

Hey guys, reinstalling after putting 65 hours in around release. So I've been out of the loop for aaaaaaaaaaaages.

I am guessing quite a huge amount has changed.

Any quick tips I should know?

So many viable builds now. What SHD level are you?

More info on the Optimization Station - To raise a Coyote mask attribute 0.1% you need to dismantle 50 masks, do 7 control points, kill 5 Hyena bosses and do do 10 daily or 2 weekly projects.

https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivisio...order_to_optimize_a_coyotes_mask_01_you_need/

Deconstructing 50 masks really wouldn't take long. I certainly spend more time pressing Z after inspecting the loot. 7 Heroic Control Point 4s don't take long either. As that's normal farming. Hyenas and their bosses everywhere if you farm Hyena control points. Or patrols and convoys.

The daily projects or weekly may be a problem if one is strapped for time though.

Been on most evenings and been farming for the Eclipse protocol build and Negotiators build which I only have a few left on each to get.

Anyone recommend a DPS build at all?

Weapon? I always go for crit builds but I would say SMG is the most deadliest due to the speed of the kills with Vectors. Its only problem is it is the most dangerous requiring up close battles. You'll most likely get flanked.

LMG is too slow. Only time I use LMG is for the aerial drones on Roosevelt, with fast hands.

I am using the bullet king with the negotiators build.

Nearly on the 60% CHC cap and on 114% CHD.

I always see others that do a lot less shots then me and really high damage and I can never seen to get that build!

I must be missing something when it comes to this game lol

Bulletking is garbage I'm afraid. I see so many use it drilling away on it forever hardly doing any damage. It's great for suppressing though.

I used to use it on the boss fight for Roosevelt Legendary because of no downtime. Then found out it took forever with the damage. Then switched to M60 and MG5 with fast hands, more damage with hardly any downtime on my AR build. 1 - 2 second reloads. Any other time I'll never touch LMGs because they're so slow.

Rifles/M1A can be great at one-shotting but most people seem to hate them because of "meta" but I was very late to build my rifle build. Never had the parts at the time. Which now sits at 60% chc/205% chd/155% hsd. It can hit up to 5.17 million on headshots if all buffs are maxed out. Up to 4 million on dogs/chungas.

i kind of like it, it has its uses, like the first raid boss on iron horse when you need to dps him and haven't got time to bother with reloads, or any time where you don't want to bother with reloads. Maybe also when the ammo directive is active? But i haven't tried that yet. I've got a BK on my main account but not on my alt account i'm levelling up at the moment.

But yeah, for quick damage i like the Famas. Using a decently crafted regular Famas with optimist, not burnout.

Yeah, i'm one of those that plays m1a (boomerang), famas, shield - ever since i switched from controller to mouse and keyboard i really like scope play. Rifleman does more damage but needs more reloads. I'm farming summit with rilfes as targeted loot to get that god roll m1a, hasn't dropped yet.

By the way, i had a question about using shields, particularly on Summit. I've noticed this a few times now when i get to floor 80 or so (on heroic) - movement speed when using a shield, whether the smaller shield or the big shield, gets SO slow. It's fine on lower floors though. Has anyone else had this?
