The Division. Are we interested?

It did happen.. You can see it in last gameplay release but I would hold on with review till the game is out.

Just watched it and whilst you might well be correct, I hope they don't. Seeing the Snowdrop engine for the first time blew me away but of course, the effects seen (in this game especially) might well have been too demanding for today's PCs..

Meh and hope not anyways.

To demanding for today's PCs? Is that a joke? Have you played Crysis when it came out... Of course you didn't as it didn't run on any PC. There is a deference of releasing a game with high demands and one that is just poorly coded or the fact when they downgrade PC version so it will not look way better then console...

What the dickens? lol Yes I played Crysis when it first came out and no, I couldn't max it out. What are you actually saying, as I can't see what you are getting at? Are you agreeing with me or are you saying that they have poorly optimised The Division?

I'm a bit confused. I put the code Nvidia code I'm that twirly gave me, said I would get a beta code via email. I've just had an email from ubi saying thank you for registering but there's no code. It also says that it's not guaranteed access. Wtf is going on, did Nvidia do a system scan and see two red cards in my rig lmao.

This was on my email

"Quantities are limited, so act fast"

But then I followed the links all the way through and I'm in.

Odd

That sucks and should be codes still this early on. Has it gone in your spam?

As this is on a new engine, I don't expect too much of a downgrade in GFX for the PC and hopefully none at all.

Heck yeah there was, ala Watch Dogs all over again. Watch the E3 videos, like the one with the shoot out outside the police station and then watch any of the latest videos. You'll see a massive difference, especially with environment detail, view distance, lighting and general lack of realistic colours with a lovely **** tint/haze to the image. I have no idea why they changed the colours so much from the original videos, it boggles the mind. Its almost like they do these downgrades on purpose hmmmmmmmmmm...

Perfect example:

If the final PC version looks exactly the same as the E3 2013 footage, I'll be EXTREMELY impressed and ubi will be in my good books again!

OMG it's like comparing PC footage to console!

Oh wait....

Dosent matter, won't make much difference, I'd put money on it. The damage was done with Watch Dogs, Ubisoft have not changed and I cannot wait to see the told you so posts. The Guru3D forum is going to go into meltdown with people trying to mod/polish his game/****. The forum is still alive now with modding WD! How old is WD?!?

Despite all their efforts, it will never look like the old WD E3 footage. Same thing will happen with TD.

nope. Been checking for the last 45 minutes. I have another code here from another friend on here, but I dont want to use that one until this first code comes through if you get me.

The code I sent you is the one you put into the ubi site for guarenteed access to the closed Beta. You could always just use it, then if NVIDIA send you that other code you can give that one to someone else.

Ooo Sorry maybe I did phrase it a bit badly, what I meant was I prefer for game developers to release game with higher demands(dont confuse it with poor port releases or bad codding) so I can max it at a later date. Now we have a trend of releasing game with similar graphic to console just so the dont look bad(consoles).

Yet they all rush out and preorder, throwing money at Ubisoft, no matter how many games they release as broken piles of cack
