Also watch the video on the previous page I linked, interesting thoughts. I reckon that in PvE having one guy with 4 Sentry's and an M1A still is a good thing to have to get those marks in; 52% extra DMG for the whole group is never a bad thing to have!

Wave 13 CM FL - servers are shocking tonight. We hard over Labby's mic the game saying someone was down around 15-20s after they were down :/

I might leave CM FL till the weekends, and farm DZ this week with my new kneepads for extra XP and DZ funds :P
 
Well I got unbanned some how tonight but someone has been on my account playing as me and has got 4 light green items and got me from DZ level 30 - 50 ! WTF !!!

I'm pretty worried now because my login and pass hasnt changed so going to change that ASAP ! But anyway cheers to the guy or girl for getting all this awesome gear for me lol ! Result.

That's why I quit, did'nt see the point in going after rogues(hackers) you can't beat.

Btw, I did'nt get credited with killing any rogues last night.:confused: Lost a load of credz and dropped a level.
 
Daily Missions

HARD: Rooftop Comm Relay, Madison Field Hospital
CHALLENGE: Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint

40 quick Phoenix credits there...probably the quickest combination of missions


Daily Assignments

Combat: 10 LMB Eliminated (I think Police Academy is the quickest LMB mission)
Crafting: 3 Fabric converted
Dark Zone: 10 Rioters Eliminated - easy to do in DZ1

Now I have the taste for it and my mic is working, would like to do another HM Incursion later today if anyone is about.

From the drops last night I have enough for a 3 set Sentry or a 3 set Striker - I went the Striker as I had to spend about 600k credits on some extra armour. Equipping any combination of the sets dropped my armour mitigation by 10%. I managed to roll armour on each piece of Striker and with a couple of stamina/armour mods I am up to 62% mitigation. I decided against rolling the Sentry gear and spending big on them until the effects of the rebalance coming in 1.2 is known.

At the moment my harness and backpack overlap between Striker and Sentry - I could buy the Sentry knee pads blueprint from the BoO and run three Striker (backpack, harness and mask)/two Sentry (Knee-pads, gloves) - I don't have any form of set-piece holster) but again would take a hit on armour with the Sentry gear and don't want to spend a lot of cash on Sentry if it is no good after 1.2 (or something better comes along).

Shame about the amount of cheaters right now though. Today was absolutely ridiculous at times. At one point in the DZ as far as I could tell we were the only players /not/ cheating!

There was one player following and shooting people through walls. Another who killed us all with a single shot each. Someone who took zero damage from (more than a few) sticky bombs. One person who took zero damage from three full smg magazines to the head and finally a player who ran faster 'normally' than we did with survivor link active!

Whaaaaaat??????

It's a real shame because directly after the recent 14 day bans encountering a cheater became a (relatively) rare occurrence and even if you did get killed by one it wasn't really that frustrating as it was only occasional. Compare that to today and it was almost impossible to play the game. I really hope they work hard and fast with the ban hammer and permanently ban the players that continue to cheat.

Anyways, I picked up a few pieces of the Nomad gear which has heal on kill. Have not really had a chance to test it yet but I'm not sure it'll actually be as useful as it sounds.

 
Yeah I need to get 300K from the DZ this week but I really don't want to go there. I feel the biggest problem of the game is not the first priority for massive. Hackers like these should be permanently banned straight away imo.

I also want compensation from massive:

- 2.000.000 DZ funds.
- all yellow mats maxed out for the duration of a full month.
- individually calculated + xp for every affected player.

A bit much? No. Even then we're still on the short end of the stick. If only there was a way to reach massive by good old fashioned email.

These past weeks have shown what a fun place the DZ could potentially be. There are still the griefers who will shoot you in the back, or when you are in the load animation at the checkpoint door, or camp extractions or safe houses. However, if they are not hacking there is a chance they can be taken down....YouTube is full of clips of griefing rogues thinking they are invincible 5 v 1 getting taken down. Hackers just ruin the experience, waste your time and even worse, by you losing XP to them, they are actually robbing you of the time you spent to get that XP.

Fear - I like your compensation idea but it will more likely be 50 Phoenix credits or maybe 1000 DZ funds (if at all).

They've said that as much as they'd like to they cannot issue a permaban for first offence due to legal reasons.

Can't see any compo being issued for players taking the pee rather than something like the dailies not working which was a system glitch.

Becides it was 150px for the daily compo and 500px for the backpack bug. Can't see them issuing 2m dz creds and months worth of mats..

I've not played this since the update as I got sick of all the cheaters and more games to play, it's disappointing that they give such soft penalties for hackers, blizzard have said anyone found cheating in overwatch will be given a permban.

I like the division and will come back to it, but the state of it currently is frustrating.

I think ubi being based in the EU have to abide to some rules that blizzard being US don't?

They talked about technicalities of banning in the podcast with the tech director, worth a listen.
 
anyone else having issues launching dailies today ??? tried challenging and a hard one loads of times and they wouldn't start :(..

On a side note I got an email from Ubisoft Playtest (user research Lab) asking if I was available on Thursday. Quite handy that there is an office down the road from me :). sadly can't do this week.
