you can reroll as many times as you want but you can only roll the same attribute for new values/attib types for that "slot".

funds allowing of course.

Yes, up to a point in my experience, where you can only stick to the number you've got or go lower again.

Recallibration odds are stacked in the houses favour:( how many times have you rolled a 400 to 600 range and ended up with less than you had and end up with 406?

To be honest, never... Managed to recalibrate knee pads last night from 801 armor to 1132 armor with 2 rolls... 3rd roll would have me keep the same or go lower again.
 
i take it before doing any re calibration your better off finding the best set piece you want to keep and re roll anything you don't need\want anymore?
 
I think I'm getting bored and with at least a month, more likely 6-7 weeks for new content on PC I may give it a wee break soon. Need to play Tomb Raider and maybe some Bf4 again. Just tired of the grind for gear which is **** compared to what I have or from a set I will never use.

The 375 being there again is because it gives you the opportunity to keep your previous stat every time you roll. You can roll it higher it's just a matter of luck and a pile of money.

You need to have a character build in mind, then work towards it. I know the build I want, but can't get the pieces to drop (i've never had a strikers chest, holster backpack gloves or backpack higher than 191 for example) but I'm running 240 GS pieces from random set pieces until I can get the pieces I want to drop.

Decide what major attributes you want on your armor, and what mix of stamina / firearms / electronics you want and go from there. Very rarely will you get both the major attribute you want and the stat. You will usually have to re-roll at least one of these. If you do manage to get a drop that has all you want, then you can choose your minor attribute such as pulse crit damage etc.. but don't hold out for it as the odds of these drops are astronomical.

Yeah the grind doesn't feel as rewarding as other titles like Diablo either it just seems pointless at the moment.

That's the problem for me, there is no reward as I am capped everywhere lol I could keep rerolling, and grinding for new gear but everything I get minus 1 or 2 things, is worse.

I think it is my own doing though. I blasted through this patch like no tomorrow and was at GS228 (with good gear to back it up) within a few days of the patch.

This then left me not knowing what to do.

but the flip side of that is that if you don't jump in as heavy as I did, you could get left behind.

The new patch will be fantastic however IMO, and CM CS will take a good bit of work. And its always fun to go rogue so I probably wont stop playing for long lol

Even had momo on last night for a bit :cool:
 
It ends with Prattler standing over all our dead bodies :p

I didn't play much this weekend either, I'm slowing down but not stopping entirely. My 'other' game for when I want some downtime is a 2006 WW2 RTS, gotta change it up :D
 
Right, so it seems a lot of people are into this which is good :)

Rules of fight club:
  • No Ultimate's allowed
  • No special ammo allowed
  • No Help from other team members
  • NO KILLING - only allowed to down the other agent who will then be revived by a team member.
  • Designated area to be within so that the whole map doesn't turn into a 1v1 lol

I think that was it.

I was trying to think of areas to do it as we did it at the DZ5 extraction (car park at the top) but other options could be:

  • DZ1 east extraction
  • DZ1 west extraction
  • Top of the DZ6 extraction beside the church (quite large with cover etc)
  • Chopper crash site
  • Koreatown

    Or for some added danger due to the possibility of respawns:
  • The PIT after it has been cleared :P
  • Brant park after it has been cleared

Sound perfect to me, the pit would be awesome, especially if the NPC's spawn :D

DZ6 extraction is a nice place as there is plenty of cover. Ubi really need to make this is as a game mode, could be great fun and a nice way to test out your build against others.
