True, so need to look at your team mates more and see what they are running.

That's my trouble I play with randoms 99% of the time and it's incredibly frustrating trying to get a decent group together who play as a unit.

I try to look at their talents and the gear they are wearing to figure it out. Lol

But I normally run support so utilise smart cover and strong overheals and then in the DZ I run pulse for xtractions as I can pulse every 20-25seconds to see if anyone is coming close.

But the only reason I do that is due to all of the people I run with being dps orientated and they know to watch for me putting down smart cover etc.
 
Only reason I have stuck with that 268 lone star holster is it's the best I have (all 720 plus stats with 563 armour). I can happily sacrifice 10% damage to elites with a sentry holster if it means I get far better firearms, stamina and electronics as the other gear more than makes up for it.

Once decent roll 268 holsters start coming in then it will be replaced.

Love having 67% EDR though while still having decent, crtit damage, armour damage, health on kill, headshot damage and having plenty of ammo to play with.

I like to go for a more rounded build.

The focused talent I would normally roll into something else but I couldn't use the first talent as it required very high electronics so I rolled that out instead to one I could use. Can't remember the talent but it's the one that give 14% extra damage from 40m I think.

Would like to roll that to ferocious or destructive but 3 rolls and it hasn't showed yet.

Don't mind the focus talent to much because if I pulse I gain similar damage back anyway so it works out ok.

Also got an exceptional 268 Reclaimer holster drop from the UG! Dead happy with that!

3 piece firecrest buffs the dps up massively due to the 100% reload speed so displays false stats..........for those who look at dps figures only.

The DPS on that would be roughly 250k-270k I believe, maybe even less tbh imo.

Solid build regardless in terms of toughness and skill, but whats the dmg on that primary?

Nice job man, you surpassed me ha ha! How are you liking the DLC? As for builds, I'm liking the all-balanced build as well and with emphasis on the DPS. I am going to try support in the form of Reclaimer but again a balanced one with proper DPS output. It's going to be interesting trying putting that together.

Tonight's plans: run all the DZ 5 & 6 bosses 2x > UG heroic > maybe return to the DZ.

Thanks to Mario, Chanjy and Ghost for the fun last night, a couple of epic fights in that 3 stage heroic we done :) got a decent LMG from it that i might swap my MP5 out for to test.
