This change makes banshees seem redundant now

Dark Zone
Players can now fast travel between Dark Zone checkpoints.
Players will no longer loose Dark Zone experience and funds when killed in the Dark Zone if they are not Rogue.
Supply drops will now reward Dark Zone experience as well.

I did a Mission for levels 10's when I was mission 8 last night till this morning where you have to kill the leader of the cleaners and blow up their fuel tanks.

The first stages was pretty easy, but the final part where I have to defend the the bomb for 2 minutes and then secure the site was the hardest thing I ever done in a game. I died more times last night then I ever died in all the games I played last year.

I levelled up twice in the same mission and saw the entire day and night cycle during it in the same spot.

Finally beat it in the end when I was able to run passed the last enemy bots back in the first early stages of the construction site and was able to start killing the enemy bots in the large area where I could get height on them.

Finally killing the boss was pretty easy, I lured them upstairs by the lifts and just kept running around and giving him long bursts of my M249 when he came into view and ran again when he got too close.

Totally awesome game, really enjoying using my LSW. :p

another fun survival round.. got to the extraction, all clear.. then after i kill my hunter 3 more people show up.... they all died
i had no medkits and 3 more hunters to kill, luckily managed it and not one of them dropped a survival cache

also after reading those patch notes i want to save any caches i get as they will have chance to drop the exotics.. need to make a new character just to store the crap ive been hoarding too

Not sure I like that dz experience change.

Even playing solo I've gone back to my non banshee sets and still maintaining rank 99 and massive amounts of funds.

Seems to be ott.

Three things stand out to me from the patch notes:

- "On the Move reduced to 15%" - further nerf to the DFNC build - it was an essential talent that synergised well as you are always moving - the original was 30% less damage when moving
- AB - all of the talents now ignore unlock requirements. The third slot talents always did, so this is a bonus to two talents on the primary weapon

- Most of the exotic talents are pretty underwhelming.

Mixed feelings about 1.6 - I like the change to Skillpower and I'm looking forward to experimenting with some high electronics builds. I've kept all the good electronic rolled gear pieces I've found as I thought SP would need to change at some point. As I don't use healing skills on any of my builds it makes Relentless even more viable with higher skillpower (5% of damage dealt by skills is returned as healing) - run a powerful seeker, sticky or turret and the health bar fills pretty quickly, especially combined with an Enduring mask and/or a Nimble holster, with Predatory talent.

As the majority of the rest of 1.6 is PVP or group PvE orientated (I doubt Legendary will be solo'able by casual-core players and the new Incursion won't be), there's not too much more to get excited about (although I'll reserve my final judgement until I play tonight on the PTS).

Cheers

On The Move needed a pvp change though as it made getting over 1million toughness pretty easy.

well forget that part, found out you can play another game of survival until you open your survival caches lol so i did.. and got these

Maybe we should group up and be antisocial together. :)

Guys where do we report bugs?

One of the phones and an Echo, cannot be interacted with, even if I am standing at the correct locations and I can see their graphic on the ground

Funny enough are the 2 last intel for the achievement. :/

I assume though that the change is universal (ie across PvE and PvP) and I haven't PvP at Level 30 since May and at all since about June.

I was probably going to scrap the DFNC build anyway, I doubt it will be worth it without the benefit of the extra shield mods. I couldn't complete Hudson Refugee on Challenging with it last night...kept getting killed at the last section. Downed the two big guys but the rushers overwhelmed me every time. TTK was OK, but it was reloading that killed me (literally). I was chanting " a PP-19, a PP-19, my Kingdom for a PP-19 with an extended mag and Predatory & Destructive/Brutal/Meticulous..."

Cheers,
