@Nexus18
Yeah i thought that about the midas too.. but i think its more of a support weapon
say if your running as medic or tactition and you want to debuff the enemy for your team

i got one a while ago and not used it once lol

and yeah it still surprises me how good this game looks :D

True could be good with a support build.

I think I have gotten about 10 midas since the game came out and always sold them :p Although I think that particular version of the midas talent is fairly new, at least it is the first time I've seen it.

Really can't wait to see what massive do with their avatar game, Pandora is going to look absolutely stunning :cool:

@snips86x
and heres me thinking i was good by 2 shotting a hunter :p.. first vid not working for me, stuck on the buffering icon
That second one though.. very nicely done and soooo close :D

@TonyTurbo78
Yeah the HE build seems to be the best now, not sure why you want a bullfrog though.. unless its for last stand as the recoil is crazy but its great up close

also finally lightweight m4 blueprint for sale!!! :D

Yes, I have 999 on all materials and all colours...might see how many I burn through trying to get one with Predatory, Destructive and Ferocious.

I have Lone Star, Striker, AB and HE builds (Robust/Enduring/Accomplished/Relentless/Skulls/
Nimble), all similar DPS, Toughness and Skillpower, and there's no doubt the HE is the best for solo challenging content. The set builds all run Specialised Backpacks and Nimble Holsters with the set 4 pieces, all 4 build I use AR with Predatory and very similar major and minor attributes (health/EAD/DtoE) on the gear. I'm thinking it is the extra health and armour provided by Robust, Enduring and Relentless that makes the difference.

Cheers,

Cheers,

well my m4 has responsive, brutal + destructive which imo is one of the best combos for pve damage, but i made a bunch of m4s just incase i get one that has higher base damage/ead with the same talents but no luck
and thats making atleast 30 of them

i also have one with responsive, destructive and predatory which has higher base damage too but cannot decided which is better between the two

First one will be better for PVE, but tbh the second one almost just be as good if you fully mod that weapon for HSD.

I would still pick the first however.

yeah its a tough choice as the one that has the higher base damage is like 1.2-1.4k damage more so i reckon they would be very similar DPS wise
i think i am currently using the first one.. maybe switch to the other if i need to extra heal from predatory

also did anyone else notice the massive increase in xp from the collectables? picked a few up on my way to scavenge weapon parts and noticed it.

The Division loves my ryzen, smoother game player than on my i4790K
Weirdly i fired up The Division this morning, the first time in months, basically the last time i played seriously was when they introduced the new set items. I noticed that the gameplay just did not feel smooth on my 4770k and 1070, frames were decently high on the settings i use and it sits around 100fps average with almost no visual impact. But every so often it would spike down to around 45fps for a sec and then back up to over 100fps. I am running the latest Nvidia drivers, and i have the game set to DX12, i tried it in DX11 and actually got lower fps, so went back to DX12. I need to really give it a try to see if its something i can remedy, has anyone else experienced similar? is it an Nvidia driver issue? or is it something thats been introduced with a Division Patch? it used to be seemless for me, admittedly since i bought my 1070 i have hardly played the Division, and it was buttery smooth on my 290 as i have a Freesync screen, am i just noticing the spikes now due to no freesync?

On another note, whats the best way to get back into the game? i fired it up this morning, whacked it on WT5 and got the supply drop, and killed a world boss, should i go hoover up the rest of the world bosses? im using 4 piece Alphabridge but this is the old 229 stuff, i dont really do the PVP stuff / Dark Zone etc, im mainly a PVE player, but i will venture into the DZ if i have a group to run with.

Is there a go to PVE setup now? anything in particular i should be on the look out for? I liked Alphabridge with 2 x AR as they had decent range and stopping power, plus you could carry a bucketload of ammo for them.

World bosses will give you a pretty good drop rate and you should be able to get some 256 gear sets started quite easily. That and some random mobs and encounters can drop high end and gear sets now too.

Can you tell me what is the point in the Dark Zone?

I'm playing the game solo atm. I've been in the dark zone once and accidentally shot a team mate got labeled as rogue missed the extraction and then go killed by some dude running around like a mad man.

Are there story missions in the dark zone? Objectives?

The DZ used to be the go to place for loot as certain items and blueprints were tied behind DZ rank as well as acquiring divtech.

However, DZ rank still enables purchasing items at a higher level but these are on par, if not less quality than items that drop anywhere in the game. In addition, divtech isn't a requirement for crafting unless you are talking about conversion to mats but even that isn't that relevant anymore.

DZ is a place to do PVE with the threat of PVP, or to go in specifically to find and kill players. Contamination events and supply drops are nice, and are fun due to the possible PVP encounters but its basically a PVE zone now.

100% additional space without an increased server capacity = dead zone unfortunately.
