Somebody has to guard those safe houses; and there's one been raided yet...now give me a commendation for that :p

So having seen my C-PM build and the stats, what would you recommend I change? Those stam mods I presume - I have no other stamina anywhere on anything (I upped it on the holster though, and can move that to whatever else if necessary). None of my weapon talents have stamina unlock requirements, giving me room to maneuver. Or would you replace all main stat mods to FA+haste, or as is (= 2 stam+haste + 3 FA+haste), or throw some elec+haste in the mix?

Very interesting discussion and you raise some darn good points! I could try this and compare it to my other HE build to see how it feels (how great is it that I sold all my Striker gear the other day :D ). You said haste in BiS aside chest and gloves; that'd leave only haste on the holster...? Or do I misunderstand you?

Where do you pull Adept from?

I don't suggest you change anything if it suits your playstyle :)

yeah haste on holster as the health roll available is so low. I think the holster health is the main place for playing with, reload speed/haste is better tbh. The health is so low it is almost irrelevant though (and reload speed looks funny on the animation lol)

Adept is a weapon talent. It gives CHC when you use a skill and can be stacked to 5 times currently (working as intended btw) as it requires enough haste to be able to use a skill before the talents comes off cooldown. It is mainly PVP focused but good for PVE also but now that determined is viable and TTK is so low, haste has taken a backburner with PVE content.

tbh, we did CS heroic with purple gear in 1.5 so any build works these days, its all down to who uses it :)

I enjoy solo classified final measure but recognise it truly shines in a group. So let me rephrase: how would you recommend I improve this build and keep it both viable for solo and group play? I'll roll haste on the holster regardless.

Reload speed - yeah my pm build has a lot of that, it's funny!

I know adept, I meant where do you get it from when you have determined, destructive, competent on your weapons? I would've thought having ferocious in the third slot instead of determined would be better for DMG builds whilst simultaneously knowing how good the additional 7.5% haste is. Each is each other's interesting trade-off. You're intriguing me with this hybrid build so now I want it - damn you ha ha! I'll start with regular striker bits and replace with classifieds when the time comes - sounds better than a full striker build tbh. And I have a ninja pack (electronics roll natively) saved.

tbh, without drastically increasing haste, I'm not sure I would but if anything:

Current
480 stamina = 7200 health
13339 SP from knees
13339 SP from backpack
298172 toughness
227325 skill power

New
480 stamina to 480 electronics = 14,400 SP
13339 SP from knees into 16674 Health
13339 SP from backpack into 13339 Health
320985 toughness(estimate without formula)
215047 skill power
Then haste on holster will remove circa 7k health. but will increase the effectiveness of the skill power and combines with other haste sources like triage, medkits, stations etc.

Doesn't seem like much just with that, but as I said, haste is a reduction in health either way to benefit methods of frequent skills.

Adept - I don't use it for PVE anymore, just determined and two damage talents + loads of EAD and DTE(from purple mods) - is still good for 160-180k headshots on NPC's with over 200k crits on an AR. And then with the new build, HoK almost negates my need for heals.

Its basically striker with nomad HoK lol Solo - it is awesome fun, group, not so much unfortunately.

@GAM8LE: thanks for the numbers! I put haste on the FM holster for a total of 24% haste. Works fine, I like it. What's the cap?

Field tested it in ls and it was so much fun, all those peeps throwing grenades and nothing happening on their side; I could almost see their brief confusion. I still suck at PvP ha ha, but it's quick and easy caches. Also took it with with a group of random people in the underground, 3 phase, 5 directives. Absolutely brilliant! Was with a full D3 shield guy as well, looks fun, I want a shield build at some point, even if it's just for kicks.

Also managed to get a mediocre tactical Mk16 with determined on the 3rd slot - for my upcoming AB build - combining it with competent, destructive, ferocious. Pretty decent if I say so myself.

Striker - yeah it basically is that but better because of the ninja pack. Quite a clever build!

Survival - I like it a lot. It also allows me to play with weapons that aren't viable in the ain't game. They should up the rewards and their quality though, IMHO, for such a time investment ;)

Can I get the MDR from ls caches?

If I, at some point, I can join in on some stolen signal action I'd be very grateful!

@digitalx: yeah that's he only.

Only recently bought the Base Game for this. Updated to 1.7 and the bloody thing crashes every 15mins or so. Any tips? Cheers

Bear with the devs to patch some stuff; happens after every update/patch (you'd think they'd learn...)

I cannot believe that despite the large number of items I need, there's 0 good stuff at the vendor resets :(

Yellow reset: http://rubenalamina.mx/the-division-weekly-vendor-reset/
Purple reset: https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/6w2fas/vendor_reset_purple_mods_825/

Dante's run is tempting, but think I've filled all mod slots with DTE and firearms already.

I'm craving a tonne of those; my HE build is empty. Also need 6% self aid mods for several builds. And, I'm still searching for what kind of perf mods I like for my upcoming 6 piece reclaimer (heal build) - it does all healing to the max more or less so there's room for whatever else. I like musing about it.

I think I have 2 6% self aids on one bit of gear. Trying to get some classifieds now, Is/will Nomad be one? That's my main go to at least 3 pieces for HP regen. Just want ninja bike bag now, wherever that'll pop up..

I want 5 of those 6% on both the hybrid and PM builds.

No, next month, with a delay, there'll be striker, sentry, reclaimer. Subsequent sets have not been announced yet AFAIK. Please let it be AB, PM, FC.

I always kept 1 very well rolled ninja pack, for when it would become good. That time has come :) it drops in the DZ... From bosses (?), supply drops.

I think named bosses can drop it, I had a cadeceus from one so.. Should be all the same pool.

Better get my weeklys done too, and drag out a survival 20K :(

Yes that one drops from open world bosses but not the DZ - it's not all the same pool I'm afraid. Ninja was always tied to the DZ and they kept it that way AFAIK. Caches give them too.

Two survival runs should be sufficient. You also solo that? It's much better in a team of two IMHO.

I'd like to do survival to once again try my luck (ha ha) for an MDR, unless I can get it from certain caches? @GAM8LE
- aside from liking survival itself.

MDR is contained within every single challenge mode mission as well as survival, exotic caches, field prof caches, LS caches. Best chance is CM missions and Exotic caches and Survival.

Be smart in the farm though, if other exotics are in the mix it reduces the change - ie, Lexi has barrets, showstopper and MDR compared to Hudson which has MDR chance only. Exotic loot table is a % on a % otherwise.

I already know the 5 piece bonuses on every set from the files and posted it on the gearsheet - the 6 pc aside from striker/sentry/reclaimer aint known atm though:
