Same here, I will play with anyone no matter what rank they are and am always happy to help people out if I can. If you still need help ranking up your alt sometime Mario I'm still up for that :)

Never found anyone to be elitist personally, 740hrs in and I'm still learning and improving.

People who have a high gear score I assume have played FL before. Like I said in a post when Mario talked about "closed groups " that the strategy for HRC is the same for CM so that doesn't mean that they cannot find other people to play with when a group is full.

Therefore I ask direct questions to randoms. Are they dps or tact/ high skillpower? I find 90% of the time they are dps therefore I change my build to get the mission done easily. Seeing the group fail becuase of mismatched builds isn't a challenge as you put it but sheer stupidity.

Then I talk them through the strategy as I want everyone to be on the same page before we begin. Left side under the stair strat is enough for people to understand what to do.

Asking people to change their skills again demonstrates good preperation and coordination.

Your whole post sounds like a rant and you're clutching at straws. I can even give you the Uplay ID from someone on Reddit Discord who is a deaf gamer who I have helped complete CM missions before so how can You even say I don't accomodate lesser skilled players? I even ran CS speed runs with low gearscored players who needed help completing missions when they saw a speed run video I was in with Survivor Chris.

Yes when I press mm it's because none of my friends are online or are busy doing another mission so I will continue to do what I do during my "interrogation" as maybe randoms who have never completed FL on Heroic before will learn how it is best done.
 
I don't really mind who I play with. I'm an equal opportunities player. I'll allow anyone to rez me. :)

Slight change of tack with my gear. I wasn't happy with the waxy nature of my gear which means, well, just about instant melting against Explosives or Fire so thanks to picking up some decent Final measure gear tonight and a lot of recalibrating I ended up with this:

Thanks to Tess, I now have a full set of FM, just need to get a couple of 268 replacements and then work out what else to use with them.

Yeah I know... Sold my gloves recently thinking they won't fix them retrospectively... I'd have the build complete if I hadn't *swallowing hard* now I have to wait for a new pair oops

The gloves had a note with them in the notes saying this, the G36 did not for existing ones so there's hope...

Had a nice little run through UG HM 3 Phase with Radeon this morning, got an Alt up a few levels. Both of us got stuck on the same ladder, first Rad and then later me. :)

Picked up an M4 AR(204) with good talents Fierce, Brutal and Vicious( re-rolled this and got Accurate, might re-roll it. My G36 has Vicious(need to re-roll this, not sure what to replace it with), Predatory( need more Electronics for this) and Destructive. My AB is coming together, still need 269 Gloves though.

Nice one man!

I have one AB piece to get and then I can start putting a build together for it. Got about 10 AR's in the stash to cherrypick for a secondary weapon for good talents.

I am enjoying going through the story again. Decided alt is for the mornings and main is for the evenings except if people aren't on.

Thanks for the few hours of the UG, helped a lot, that's the first time I have been stuck on a ladder but that would be the third time I have seen that happen now on the same ladder.

So close to 39 (about 5k short) now so a few more hours later and I will finally hit 40, can't wait :D

Downloaded the patch on steam, it was 1.1gb in size so a decent size patch.

Terrified to see how badly my two G36's end up. Really hope the damage decrease isn't to noticeable.

Current build before the G36 nerf with 3 FM, 2 Sentry and 1 Lone Star for the moment only because it's the best I have and have no sentry one, the FC holster comes very close though.

Same but with 3 FM and 3 FC, reload speed is really nice to have, makes the paper DPS look nice as well :)

I've been stuck on a ladder in the DZ, been stuck against barriers, in bins, cars, not to many places I have not been stuck. :D

Just d/loaded the update, 1.27GB for me.
 
Does anyone know what combinations are possible with level 32 firearms mods? I'm trying to unlock a weapon talent and it seems the only way I'm going to be able to do it is by sacrificing a stamina mod. Is Firearms + health possible?
 
Got a 268 Sentry's vest from a supply drop I need and thanks to Tek last night I got an AlphaBridge piece and now I need gloves to enable me to put together a preliminary build - I wonder what the final stats will be.

It wasn't a green evening in the DZ unlike the day before. Let's see if it alternates :D

I haven't found any better weapons yet so I'm hoping AlphaBridge will safe me soon.

Now I need Reclaimer, only have a 268 poorly specced holster so far thats needs replacing. Haven't read anything about DN heroic launching today? That should be good for getting the set.

@ Radeon: I've seen people stuck on that ladder too, frustrating. And Momo stuck in a wall. I got stuck in a wall myself as well. And so many invisible walls!

I believe it's possible, yes, but I'm not 100 % sure. Which talent are you trying to unlock? Look at the cheat sheet to be sure. Don't have the link on my phone sadly.

Can you not re-roll FA on any of your gear? How much Toughness will you lose?

Possible,i have more than few Fire+Stamina mods than i need.

Unfortuantly not, as I'm already capped (or very close) on the gear I have with FA. I can't remember how much I would lose if I swapped out a stamina mod.


@Fear Nice one looting the sentrys chest. I'm still after a pair of gloves. It seems like I've looted everything but.

Yeah, you can get firearms plus armour and firearms plus stamina, I have crafted both before.

You can even get firearms plus skill power as well.

For sentrys - run FL Heroic, that's what I am planning on doing to get the rest of the sentrys set. I can jump in if needs be, can run tactician for the smart cover, or reclaimer for a speedy run pending gear of other players as I know a few who are loving reclaimer at the moment lol! Rightly so!

I'd need a team willing to drag my sorry a$$ through FL first:D I haven't run it since 1.3 was released. In my defense however, I did manage to solo it back then.
 
Well,no game for me till tomorrow - no gpu :(
Tomorrow will be playing with new one tho (if it manages to arrive)
So yes Rad - im gonna need ya help with my alts leveling :D
