I'm about to re-install everything (did a fresh PC install a few weeks back). Gives me chance to follow my guide to see if I actually did it right.

Is NMM up to scratch against Mod Organiser now or should I stick to what I know?

Probably best to stick with what you know. Theres no real benefit to having one over the other.

Go with MO. I have the latest updated NMM for FO4 and did a second profile, but when changing it giving me some wierd message that so and so missing etc, instead of just changing it to what mods suppose to be there without any messages. Plus, I missing the MM for it saves function among other things, find it so useful to just hoover over a save it told me what esp what missing if any etc. Once the creator (forgot his name) has made a stable MM for FO4 I be switching.

Let us know how it works for you once you reinstalled everything, don't forget that SkyUi has been updated a while ago though !

Base of the mods have been installed, mainly the ones from the OP, some have changed and been updated since so have grabbed the newer versions.

Going to get the ENB running now to get AA working & it looking good.

EDIT: Every ENB crashes.

Boris isn't supporting W10 with his ENB files, is anyone else using W10 where it's working?

I can't even get the vanilla game working on W10.

I've got the game & mods running, no problem. But the ENB I think is going to be a struggle. Somebody posted a fix here:

And, I've made progress apparently.

Geforce Driver: 365.19
ENB Wrapper: v305 (v292 crashes)

RealVision + v279 = Startup black screen and then crashes
Seasons of Skyrim + v305 = The above screenshot

Might need to drop my drivers to something like 351.

EDIT:

RTSS was to blame, I set it to limit my frames to 60fps, but must have messed up the ENB getting hold of the executable, making progress.

Just when I was about to give up!

ENB Wrapper: v305
ENB Used: Grim & Somber: Jyggalag

We have a working ENB!!

Now to get the textures right, familiar issue last year if I remember correctly.

TES5Edit to remove WRMainRoadPlains02 (0004d75c) from Perfect Whiterun, fixed the path.
TES5Edit to remove WRMainRoadMarket (0001a460) from Perfect Whiterun, fixed the well.

Update as I said I would, everything is running like it used to!
Windows 10 + ENB 305 + latest SKSE all works.

Here's some screenies to finish it off, happy to update some of the OP for the Directx fix above and that ENBhost shouldn't be overwritten from the standard one from Boris (what I have found anyway).

Only issue I have is fire effects create a box around the mesh, think I've got my mod order a bit messed up, but shall fix that at some point.

Very nice, just wish someone would make one big mod to make the game look beautiful, not like 100 separate mods.

I have w10,also using realvision enb with around 45 mods and all works great for me

I cant remember but I know it was the newest enb when I downloaded it 4 months ago

its defo a newer version than what realvision wants but realvision still works GREAT with it

Might have been that I overwrote the default enbhost.exe with the one that comes with the ENB itself, I believe that's what caused my issues before.

PS: I'll get the files uploaded tonight, last night I was caught up with other stuff.
Found an easy way to get the mod order correct and then LOOT handles the rest.
