He could mix it up by picking me and you. I don't subscribe to the mixing it up theory anyway (it's a sign that you don't know what you're doing) but even if you do, you don't mix things up by playing players that you don't think are very good.

It's a sign you don't know what your doing if a manager does that constantly and every week, who's to say he couldn't drop one of the front three for minamino for say 3 games, salah,Bobby or mane would still be on bench

Rhys Williams could start too again could be swapped if its going badly

The players I mentioned have played for us briefly.

It's not like it's young kids we haven't ever seen near or even in the first team squad.

The players either lack confidence or burnt out and perhaps need a kick up the arse so dropping one of them for a few games to mix it up to me isn't a bad thing right now.
 
Really hoping for some fight today. Not too bothered if we lose but if we can play some decent attacking football, that'd be nice.

Concerned with starting Milner though, the Utd midfield will run rings around him and he'll get booked at some point.
 
Tbf at least with these changes we’re worse at retaining the ball so we don’t have to get frustrated at creating nothing
 
Cavani really does show up a lot of our players. Movement, desire and actually knows where his teammates are without having to look up and stall the attack.
 
Wonder if Greenwood will look at what Cavani does and realise that just because you can shoot doesn't mean you should. You can be greedy when you are banging them in for fun but you can't be greedy when you are missing them all.
