Klopp will survive. Got plenty of credit in the bank and there arent many better managers in the world anyway.
But the team does need an overhaul in personnel and thats not going to come cheap and only get pricier the longer it goes on. Whether that expenditure comes will be the question. I've said all along that I dont think Bellingham will join us and I feel that more strongly with each passing week, so I hope theres a plan B for not getting Jude.

Of course there'll be a plan B, look at a list of players with no legs and sign the worst just before the window closes.
Don't think that should be the question, its whether Klopp wants to stay for another 5 years and do a rebuild, he might not.
UTD got away with winning and rebuilding for many years because they dwarfed every other club, it's far more difficult now.

He has already said the rebuild is why he signed the extension..
You have to do what City do. Spend when you are on top and phase players out ruthlessly when you find better or younger replacements. You can't limp on in the current game.
Liverpools style of football completely falls apart without everything working properly. You can't play like they do unless you are dominating teams. You can't play with wingbacks who have to actually defend but are quite rubbish at it. You can't play a high line when you aren't winning possession back high up the pitch and your midfield is like a sieve.
Oh he signed an extension did he? Well if his heart is truly in it then he just needs a couple of years to find the right concoction

Yeah, i wouldn't say Liverpool are limping on though, if they are like this for the next couple of years then fair enough. It just seems they have mental exhaustion if anything.
Gotta say, im not sure about Nunez and Gakpo though

They have let key positions drop massively in quality.
Mane - big loss
Wjinaldum - big loss
Fabinho - not the player he was
VVD - shadow of the player he was
Milner and Henderson - Older and not anywhere near the level they were
Salah - not the player he was - probably just temporary
Firmino - gone from fantastic to god knows what
Then there are the injury issues. I would 100% say there is a lot of limping and its not fatigue. Its the slow decline in a number of areas and suddenly Liverpool have found themselves with a 20% dropoff in quality which completely kills their style of football.
They don't defend that well and yet that is what they are increasingly having to do. They are like a formula one engine built out of spec. It needs high tolerances to function but take those away and it will just shake itself to pieces trying to still work the same way.
I dread to think how many offers are going to come in the summer for our players if we keep these performances up.
