Realistically how many overs are left in the day? 40? Think it reckons close to 49 left, but no chance of getting that done in the just under 3 hours we have left of play.

CricInfo says 48 overs left. I think that will be difficult.

It'll obviously depend on how much the spinners bowl, but I reckon 35 tops. The over rate in tests is supposed to be 15 per hour (i.e. 4 mins per over), but that is (a) rarely met and (b) usually slower as things get tense and the field moves around a lot. I expect we're looking at an average of 5 mins per over, although in England's defence they're really hurrying. 35 overs at 5 mins an over is 2 hr 55 mins, which takes us beyond 7.

It'll be interesting to see what happens if Khawaja opens up now that he's so set. Aus are more than capable of knocking off these runs, even at 5 down.

England leaning hard on Ali right now, where is Stokes?
I think the issue is time - we're going to want to keep a spinner on at one end to get through the overs. If Aus get down to a position where they look likely to win, I expect you'll see all manner of ways to waste time...

They’re already in a winning position. Bookies have got them odds on favs.
