Did you see the way Khan and the Scottish woman were allowed to speak for as long as they needed, yet Dimbleby kept cutting Boris off after speaking for half as long.

Also, did that woman actually tell us to vote remain for the sake of the Irish? Did that no mark Lib Dem leader suggest that if we want to leave we are indecent and intolerant?

Yup...

Even though the debate in northern Ireland isn't that different to the rest of the UK. The DUP is extremely critical of the EU for instance.

Actually it's more broad than that. It's those under the age of 40, educated past GCSE level and those not in the north, midlands and south west of England...

Ah the London based intelligentsia brain washed at LSE or other upstanding institutions. ie those who feel no sense of national identity and no loyalty to anyone but their paymaster.

I love how leave have tried to characterise anyone not on their page as being stupid or racist or just plain ignorant. Right out of Stalins playbook. It will be interesting to see how it goes and how the "useful idiots" fare down the line.

General election turnout since 1945
Election Year ----UK
2015 ------- . 66.1%
2010 ---------. 65.1%
2005 -------. 61.4%
2001 -------- . 59.4%
1997 ---------. 71.4%
1992 ------- . 77.7%
1987 --------. 75.3%
1983 --------. 72.7%
1979 ------ . 76%

Well apparently a heck of a lot of "us" dont even care who we elected to rule us so:D

Yep some of "us" don't even live in Britain ;)

wouldnt that be both sides then.

Boris has a reason to argue against europe as they threaten to interfere with London as a global finance hub. Its possible thats where he got his stance from but I think he is on the more right of the party, its not out of character basically afaik

[some state the exact opposite as a threat :D http://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-britain-eu-london-idUKKCN0XM269]

I dont accept Soros, etc reasoning as correct, but its familar and in video form for your convenience :p
Its the fear of the fear as a reason seems like, reminds of me FDR which is ironic perhaps

took you a while to work that out ?

Because i've lived here 3 years doesn't exclude me from coming back to live in the UK at anytime i want.

Ive voted in every general/local election since 18.

I find the 'brainwashed' comments hilarious.

How exactly do you think people get brainwashed?

Its not like most subjects touch on the EU or have anything to do modern politics.

Hell, universities and education boards kick off for being anything but completely neutral in education.

Is there any detailed poll information, I wanted to see if opinion that politician credibility has declined is shared, but standard poll agencies are not disclosing such data. ( I never searched for it before during a general election so maybe it is never available unless i pay for my own poll ?)
( Poll agencies are looking at undecided's and turnout estimates and I would expect these values would correlate with credibility ratings )

You are better off ignoring all the politicians and researching all the facts for yourself.

There is a difference between stating your case and trying to shame people into silence. Don't take my word for it these tactics are as old as the hills. People forget the hard left are just as bad as the hard right. If look at what Stalin did arguably worse.

I think its safe to say that every politician involved have taken a hit in terms of credibility, whether it was because of what they said or their side associated with. Exception is probably Farage, who started with quite low credibility and has ridden this Brexit wave to the peak. Whether he gets crushed by the wave or comes out of the surf smoothly depends on what happens this week i suppose.

But, but....I know i'm right, what I read tells me so, so anyone with different opinions must have been brainwashed by those places I know nothing about!!11!
