I believe this is acknowledged at the start of the vid. He's very open about his position.

Nate

yes you can, just most people don't.

every single person ahs vested interests. that does not mean you cant give an unbiased report.

leavers really do like making up rubbish.

still to close to call though which is worrying,

"...it's much easier to do a good job on the inside than it is to a good job on the outside..."

What a shame that for all his experience, credibility and academic accreditation that he didn't foresee Jean-Claude Junckers' damning indictment that the UK has nothing to bargain with and will not get a better deal....

Juncker (or the other guy, didn't catch it perfectly while washing pots) just said the EU has given the max it can give on reforms and despite camerons desire to make further reforms after the remain vote there will be none.

So does that completely rubbish the idea of reforming the EU from within and from the horses mouth too? This is going to either be spun very hard or ignored by the remain side I imagine :D All been lies as we knew.

In context:

Asked about the consequences of a Brexit vote, Mr Juncker made it clear there would be no scope for further negotiations over better terms to try to keep the UK on board.

It is understood Mr Juncker was not referring to the prospect of future reforms in the event of the UK voting to remain in the EU

I wish Sheila Hancock could have fronted the Remain campaign. Hell, I'd have taken Michael Heseltine or John Major over Cameron; Call-me-Dave has been very poor indeed. Let's hope the polls Moses referred to are right and Remain has won despite him.

It does look like remain is taking it. I did vote leave and do think we are better out. It would be a real shame if we did remain.

A German industry boss has said it would be "very, very foolish" if the EU imposes trade barriers on the UK in the event it votes to leave the EU.

Markus Kerber, the head of the influential BDI which represents German industry, said his organisation would make the case against such measures.

He said any introduction of tariffs would be "regression to times we thought we'd left behind in the 1970s".
The UK's referendum on whether to leave the EU will be held on Thursday.

"Imposing trade barriers, imposing protectionist measures between our two countries - or between the two political centres, the European Union on the one hand and the UK on the other - would be a very, very foolish thing in the 21st Century," Mr Kerber told the BBC's World Service.

"The BDI would urge politicians on both sides to come up with a trade regime that enables us to uphold and maintain the levels of trade we have, although it will become more difficult."

Mr Kerber added that any introduction of tariffs would lead to job losses in Germany and the UK.

He said a vote to leave the EU would lead to a "serious disruption" to the German-UK economic relationship, describing it "as if a relative had left the family"

If remain (or leave) take it then I hope it is by a significant amount. Either side winning by only a few percent is very divisive.
