The FA CUP Fifth Round - 16/17/18/27 February *** Spoilers ***

Chelsea will lose to Boro then because we know it's against FA Rule 6e for them to be drawn away to another PL side in the FA Cup :p

Because of course West Ham, Fulham and Reading are just as easy as Brentford, Boro, and who ever else Chelsea /Man City have so far got past

Fun day yesterday. Was more than a bit miffed when the ref didn't play advantage as we scored a split second later. Can't argue with the result though. We more than matched Chelsea over the course of three halves of football, in fact I'd say we played better over large period of the two games. But when you're up against such an awesome team mental exhaustion kicks in after a while, the game opens up and you can get easily taken apart.

Over the two games I was very impressed with Mata and Oscar, less so Cole, Lampard and Terry.

Luiz should have got sent off for the shoulder into Reeves' jaw. What the TV cameras didn't show was Reeves standing up just after the foul and collapsing! It was premeditated, purposeful and cowardly. The law whereby receiving a yellow card rules out any further punishment is mind-bogglingly pathetic.

Nice afternoon spent in the Sloany Pony after the game :) Now onto Walsall and our impending promotion.

Team for tonight; De Gea, Smalling, Jones, Vidic, Buttner, Valencia, Cleverley, Anderson, Young, Welbeck, Hernandez
Subs; Lindegaard, Giggs, Ferdinand, Carrick, Nani, Kagawa, Van Persie

Brilliant ESPN spend 10 minutes talking about Ian Harte and how he'll need to use all his experience tonight..... he's not even on the bench :o

There will be goals in this United match. United should score but I can see us letting a couple in.

Very noticeable now that De Gea is number 1, I half expected him to be rested, clearly realised keepers just don't need to be rested, especially not at his age. Good to see.

Would have liked to have seen RVP play anyways, feels like he needs a goal weirdly just to get his confident finishing going.
