To be fair just watched it again, he kept one leg relatively out of the way of the actual tackle, got the whole ball, and didn't exactly chuck himself at it the way i've seen some people get away with.
In my opinion (btw i'm a neutral that hates both teams equally) it's one of the softest red cards i've ever seen.
Rules are rules.
Just ask Johnny Evans.
it changes everything, what's a defender supposed to do, not go in? the pitch is slippery and it wasn't that rash. harsh red but hey ho.
