The FA CUP Third Round ** Spoilers ** [5th - 8th January 2018] + Replays

Nope I didn't :p

I guess Ox/Milner can fill his boots but coutinho will be hard to replace.
As I've been saying in the transfer thread, if Coutinho goes then a lot of his midfield responsibilities will be taken on by Keita which I suppose kind of leaves us in a tricky situation until the summer. Do we just replace Coutinho with the best attacking wide player we can, knowing Keita's joining in a few months or do we make a compromise now? Ideally we'll persuade Red Bull to give us Keita now and sign the best forward we can.

Watch the video in my edited tweet.

:p

BTw we really need an embed tweet option for the forum.
I knew what was in the video hence my response. Shearer and Murphy made absolute ****heads of themselves saying the same thing and then changing their tune today.

Just heard Martin Tyler calling the VVD goal, hahahah he has to give himself 5 seconds to pretend to be excited.

Holgate shoving Matip during it and catching a boot to the face too. What an all round fantastic goal.

Although neither would say what was going on, judging by Fat Sam and Klopp's post-match press-conferences, there will be an investigation into the Holgate/Firmino incident. Without wanting to speculate too much, given where the ref was and what all the twitter lip readers are saying, hopefully whatever was said wasn't what some are thinking.

You realised of course he started Van Gaal's first game and got injured and missed the majority of that season from that injury (21/22 at the time)

Puts a totally different angle on the light you want to put on him

Its also only this season he has gotten more chance to play in his favoured no 10 role (or a more free role at the very least)

Of course he needs to do this for seasons to come , but no need to **** him off either

I think this is the first season where he has actually got a consistant run of games - and he didn't even get a look in until late Nov

Yawn. Hes 25 and scored a few goals. I remember Owen doing it at 17 against Argentina and more recently Sterling doing it weekly in the prem.

If hes more consistent then fine, 1 in 6 isnt good enough...

Be rather odd no one else reacted

Evra made homophobic tweets?

Nah more his use of certain words in the past not influencing his current inability to repeat what was said. No point going down that road.

Be surprised as no one else reacted to bobby other than holgate

Yes, there's no point going down that road so don't bring it up :p

Again, who knows what happened but hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and Bobby just said he sounds like the brand of toothpaste he uses and keeps his smile so bright.

The only people I've seen call Lingard a kid on here are Liverpool fans

You can tell how well he's doing because you seem to be getting so riled up about it for some reason.

There's a video on twitter of Holgate saying, quite blatantly, to Schneiderlin 'he's just called me a ****ing ******'. I'm sure you can surmise what the word was. Now whether Firmino actually said it or not is another story, but it doesn't look good.

To my untrained eye it looked as if he called him a puta. Shocking if Madley has missed this given that he's closer to Firmino than Holgate is.

Looking at the video, when Kenny’s head is in the way, Firmino says something else, then Holgate reacts. The ref should have heard him though... pathetic.
