The Fury(X) Fiji Owners Thread

Crossfire fury x vs 980 ti sli in the hardocp article was interesting. Especially with dying light a game that according to them can eat upto 6 gigs of vram purring along fine on crossfired fury x cards.

Suppose that's an example of their "hand tuning" working well.

Wasn't the case for all the games but it does throw some weight behind their argument of optimising for better vram usage, at least for the first iteration of hbm.
 
How are people finding this cards performance? Looking to upgrade from an R9 290??
Is it worth the large chunk of extra money after selling the 290 or would it be better to crossfire? I am currently siding towards the Fury X thanks to AMDMatt ;)

Great card, and we haven't seen the best of it yet ;)
