Well the monitor is as new so hopefully Ocuk being as good as they are, I should have no issues

Go for the BenQ dude, it has an updated firmware to address the ghosting issue. Not sure the Acer panel has updated firmware yet.

I will be overclocking it, but 6 cores will always be better than 4 when MGPU is involved. Will be putting it through it's paces at 4K but will be primarily a 1440p machine

The pump in this card is in the block on the card.

In there it mentions about faulty products, and you have the same protection from the sale of goods act. Anywho.. going off topic here.

Seems like it, i don't see how they can refuse an rma as amd have commented on it saying it was something that only affected review samples and they worked with coolermaster to fix it.

The Acer works fine, but I'm not sure if it has anti ghosting measures built in where as the BenQ panel does.

Makes no sense, amd themselves have stated that it shouldn't be present in the retail cards as its something they worked with coolermaster to fix. If something needs fixed its obviously an issue that shouldn't be present in the first place.

Heres what amd sent legit reviews on the pump whine.

As far as the high-pitched whine, AMD received feedback that during open bench testing some cards emit a mild “whining” noise. This is normal for most high speed liquid cooling pumps; Usually the end user cannot hear the noise as the pumps are installed in the chassis, and the radiator fan is louder than the pump. Since the AMD Radeon™ R9 FuryX radiator fan is near silent, this pump noise is more noticeable.
The issue is limited to a very small batch of initial production samples and we have worked with the manufacturer to improve the acoustic profile of the pump. This problem has been resolved and a fix added to production parts and is not an issue.” – AMD PR

Supposed to be a driver for Windows 10 through the Windows Update for Fury, or can use the modded .1040s.
