I have to add Mirror's Edge, not a terrible game, but it did not deliver.

Agree 100% with this. It could have been so much better .

Surely the people not liking LBP dont have gf's? Once i got bored it keeps the gf entertained for hours still! its just pure bliss for an hr or so

The point being, lots and lots of people think LBP is a big letdown. it hasn't sold in the region of other big games so there must be something to it.

Killzone 2 - Input Lag/Broke Acceleration/Failed attempt some crap weapon 'feel'.
MGS4 - Long, boring film.

Both hype fail.

Everyone i personally know loves it to bits. All my friends have it and their gf's have now taken over the ps3 to play it. Every time ive taken it somewhere to play some co-op its been played by 4 into the early hours lol. There are a lot of user created levels always poping up so it keeps changing

Quantum of Solace - Really wanted this game to succeed like Goldeneye but sadly it was nothing more than a poor game (for the Pc anyway) and thought it was overhyped.

Unreal III - Biggest dissapointment ever really, I don't know why I just expected more from it. The campaign was an absolute shambles and the UI is absolutely Dire. The only thing that saves it is the MP which isn't that popular.

Biggest problem I can see with LBP is figuring out what it's actually about. I had to resort to renting it just to find that out; I liked many aspects of it and the quality of many of the user-made levels is very impressive, but most who don't go researching games on the internet probably won't have a clue what it's about. The adverts didn't really clarify things either.
