They are working on a DDR4 version but as DDR4 runs at a much lower voltage they need to get around that issue first, believe they have a solution and now it is just a case of turning it into a commercial product like these.

Cool as anything, but you would really need to fill all your ram slots to get the most out of them visually. So that's £300 to £600 for Z97 and £600 - £1200 for X79....
