What do we think the chances are of this working in France if I use the Hola google chrome extension? Works fine for ITV / C4 / C5 but not for BBC iPlayer. I've got a horrible feeling that amazon might be smart enough to block it :(

Once it's released I'll do a bit of research and may well go down that route provided someone can recommend one that 100% works.

Heard about that a while ago, one of those things I probably should care about but it lets me watch stuff and none of my money has appeared in Nigeria so it's all good :p

One thing is pretty obvious I think, the camera crew must surely be the same? There's a very distinct signature to the cinematic and camera work in GT, that was missing in the Evans TG. Did Amazon pinch the crew too I wonder.

Agreed - the editing is just old Top Gear through and through. Not a bad thing.

I seem to remember reading that a lot of the old crew left the BBC shortly after the presenters signed with Amazon.
