It is terrible, I hate it. Annoys me in TV shows they will separate out seasons for shows as their own item.

What I tend to do is look on the Amazon website decide on what I want to watch, add it to my watch list then head over to the App.

I am not sure how much better the layout is on one of the Amazon devices, my experience is from the app on the X1

agreed.

It still bothers me even now that they dropped F1 for the voice. The BBC are a public service broadcaster. They are funded by the license fee rather than by advertising, so they can afford to make programming that doesn't appeal to the masses.

I get that F1 was becoming expensive, and was offering poor value for money. But instead of putting it into original programming, they bought the voice, and then proceeded to try and compete with X Factor on ITV with yet another talent competition.

I agree. I feel you get your monies worth from the license fee for the amount of content you get out of the BBC. Especially CBeebies if you have kids.

Yes but Amazon have heavily invested in this area, you'd think with all their resource they would tackle the UI to compete with other streaming services and hold onto subscribers. I seen a few threads on Amazon slamming the interface and folks jumping ship because of it.

The firestick must be better as it's sole purpose is video content, the website is trying to ram shows and movies into their storefront view.

It was good to see them back, was about as good as 'old top gear' ie good bits & bad bits
My youngest... ok he is 13 said "seems like there are trying too hard"
I didn't really like the new track either
 
Things I noticed:

- Felt like they were trying too hard
- Didn't like what seemed like more swearing and cursing throughout
- Content was boring this week
