someone saying people eat too much fatty foods then saying mozarella which is around 70-80% fat?

:)

wafer thin slices and you can get low fat mozarella (well, not exactly low fat but it does have more unsaturated fats in it which is good and you dont lose the flavour :) ), and thats the only bad thing about it, the panini breads low in callories, samons good for you as is the salady bits, the bacons been grilled as opposed to deep fat fried...

Chicken, pesto, mozzarella, tomato, salt, pepper and a couple of fresh basil leaves. Usually in a toasted ciabatta.

Even full fat Mozzarella is only just over 20% fat, no idea where you get 70-80% from?

steak and fried onions topped with Stilton on a grilled bagette either that or cheese and onion with sweet chilli sauce.

Never actually made this exact sandwich before but I've had all the fillings in vaiours sandwiches separtely and I think this would be divine:

Thick white Kingsmill bread
Roast chicken pieces
Yorkshire honey roast carvery ham
Lettuce
Cucumber
Fresh buffalo mozzarella
Mayo
Freshly ground black pepper
Tomato relish
McCoys Mexican Chilli crisps
Monster Munch Flaming Hot crisps

Squeeeeeeze, and munch. Mmmm...

for breakfast im partial to a egg and bacon sarnie lol gotta be toasted bread though!!!!

for lunch.....id go for chicken, lettuce (iceburg), cucumber, sweetcorn and a little mayo on brown bread :) but then again you cant beat a banana sandwich on white bread with sugar lol
