I have yet to experience any issues whatsoever when both cards are in use, I have not experienced micro stuttering at all, SLI scaling when the driver supports it has also been great.

I have never regretted running two card SLI from the moment I tried it for the first time. Even though my native res is only 1080p I like to use DSR while maxing all game settings out and that pushes even two 980's to their limits, so going back to one card for me is impossible.

980 Tis are the first card I've SLId and I'm loving it. :cool:

Zero micro-stutter in all the games I've played.
 
I personally found upto 60% ish to be fine after I played a little with it, but I tend to game with a headset

It's idle noise I'm more sensitive to nowadays :)

Got the Swift all setup and have been testing. It's 100% mate. G-Sync seems to be working as I have set the screen to 144Hz and all my games are running as smooth as I have ever seen.

No dead pixels or bleed. It's amazing actually. 1440p is lovely. :-)

Last point, this monitor is the best built screen I have ever seen. It oozes quality.

Edit: It came with Assassins Creed Unity, not advertised!

Pondering selling my 970 SLI and getting a 980Ti. More VRAM, less power, OBS will work with 1 card and I'll not have to use ShadowPlay.

Think I'll wait until end of July ish though. Hopefully a bit of competition from Fury X and Fury cards might knock the 980Ti price down a bit. And the early adopter premium might have gone too.

Glad you like it mate. I had some hands on with one when building a system for a friend recently and I was very impressed.

Ok so past few days I've been gaming at 4k and the temperature hovers around 70.

But today when playing Witcher 3 the temps are hitting 80!?

Why has the card decided to go that hot all of a sudden?

I had the card set at 55% fan speed which kept the temp at 70 but now I have to go auto and the temp ranges from 75-80..

Increase in ambient? Air flow blocked?

Nothing has changed with airflow.

The room is a bit hotter today, but would that make such a big difference for the card? a jump from 70 to 80 is quite a lot

I've left a window open in the room and it's now pretty cold..but the temps are still 80+..now I'm worried something has broken

Just ordered the Inno3D X3 Ultra (still think the MSI is the best overall but I already have Msi gaming 970s, they look just the same!), is the code for Batman sent once the card is in stock?
