The model OcUK have at £539 (the 06G-P4-4993-KR) doesn't have the backplate. If that is important to you need to look for 06G-P4-4995-KR. £539 is a great price though for such a well reviewed card.just bought the EVGA GeForce GTX 980Ti Superclocked ACX 2.0 seems to be a cracking card got it for 539
