It is a very rigid card, backplate is quite solid too. No issues with card sag here. Unlike one of my old 780's.

Was tempted by the g1 gaming card but as usual the reviews on acoustics differ greatly. You have one place saying barely audible, another saying slightly less fan noise than a reference 980ti, and another saying its noticeable under load but not intrusive.
So which is it? Also seems to be a lot of coil whine issues with the cards.
55% you can hear it, 57%-60% is is noticeably louder & anything after that well.. Another thing to note is that the white LED is not white it is a tainted green.
Do you play GTAV? That's where I've seen the biggest improvement (Vram matters!)/The MSI GTX970 with its big brother
I'm surprised how similar they look from the front as the 980ti is a weighty monster in comparison when in the hand.
*edit*
Ive just finished doing some benchies
I did full screen and windowed on Witcher 3 as I usually have another monitor showing SKY GO or something, and it needs to be windowed for it to work (not always) Notice a big difference in FPS.
Ignoring all other results, Witcher wasn't great to play in SLI when in windowed mode, it had a very noticeable stutter when under 60-70 fps but it was the smoothest of all when in full screen mode.
Rather new to overclocking with a 980TI, with AB I was able to increase my core clock by 120MHZ with memory +500 and power limit at 110, before I got driver crashes. I haven't touched the voltage nor changed the fans, is +120 a decent clock or otherwise for a aftermarket 980TI?
1500 core, 8000 memory is the target.
Note: 1500 is the maximum boost clock, not the base.
You can try upping the voltage (no risks here), but often it doesn't help much.

What settings are you using for witcher 3 i get huge drops using 980sli with everything on including the hair when not win full screen. Windowed mode is almost half the fps ... but with full screen get 60 most of time with vsync off it averages 70 + with modest o/c
I have both setups, and I find 980Ti sits around 10fps lower than 980 SLI at full screen. I run everything ultra with hairworks off (it's just not worth the hit IMO).
i was just confused how little frame rate drops they are receiving in full screen was wondering if one of the settings is causing it to be near unplayable using windowed mode for me or if something else is afoot
