If you look carefully you'll always find people complaining about something.
That said, MSI quality control seems top notch!

You don't have to look far though razor. Theres quite a few who have sent them back and I've even seen review samples that whine

I am thinking about starting a Rig gallery for the 980 Ti thread so if people want to post their best pic of their PC in the thread I will include it in the OP.

If you post a pic please state it is for the rig gallery.

Please just use a single pic or it could get crowded.

With quite a few being returned, it would nice to have some numbers, seeing as gibbo suggested that 1000's were being sold. it might only be 1 or 2% return rate so nothing to scare people over, without numbers we have no way of telling.

For the ti from what I've read overall, the MSI GTX 980 Ti GAMING G6 seems the best combination of speed, sound & reliability.

Have yet to see much at all of them going back, or just reference in water which frankly my two are great!.

The G6 is easily the best card I've ever owned. Looks and feels superbly made in the hand and it's extremely quiet in the case, even after an hour of my trying it out with my new 40" 4k monitor this evening.

Philips?, using one myself - sli 980ti really gets the most out of it.

Might have cost me a bit to get rid of the bloody 290x's trifire and get these, but I have far less hassle and games run far, far better.

What temps you guys getting at idle? Currently rocking 29c on the 6g with the fan off.

Pretty standard then. I do have a fan drawing air from my big fan at the front to the gfx card.

I think mine is 26c with custom fan.

Sorry if this has been brought up somewhere before but do any of u guys have issues with crashing after an OCing the GPU with the witcher 3? I can run Valley for hours no problem and im only at +120Mhz +200 MEM.. witcher seems to just crash to desktop.. though if fine playing it at stock?

Don't use Valley or Heaven to test for stability. They're not has stressful has some games.
