Hahahahahaha, absolutely brilliant. My whine tactics have got me nowhere! Probably like "huh, this is agnes's order up next", "Stick it to the back, he's a complaining bitch"

My 980Ti is coming tomorrow!

A competitor has agreed to take both my 970s back for a full refund. :)

Whaaaaaaaaa? Nice :D

These are what I'm getting after gaming for quite a while.

I have a pretty aggressive fan curve to keep the temps down. It is pretty noisy on the reference cooler, but I play with headphones.

My main problem is sweating to death in my small games room with all the heat that the card is chucking out!!

LOL... fingers crossed you get one soon mate. I'm really enjoying what little time I have spent with mine.

My reference card is boosting to 1400+ and I haven't over clocked it. Is this normal on the box it says much less than that?

Damn thats great mate. I think we have the same cards and mine isnt doing that. Mine is running at around 1190ish.

I dying to slap my block on mine as my case isn't setup for air cooling and these cards can get hot and loud when pushed. I normally give a card a good week on air to see if its not faulty but I think I am going to jump in earlier than that this time around.

Stock fan curve? What temp you getting?

Unless you have a magic card or a fan running like crazy, I can't see how you can be boosting that high?!

Magic... magic I tell thee!

Nope it started throttling under heavy load so I changed it to a 1:1 fan curve which stopped the throttling. According to afterburner it has hit a high of 94 but it at 83-84 most the time at load.

edit: forget that just benched it on valley and it hits 1190 on boost at sub 80. Think it was afterburner going funny or me reading the wrong bit lol.

Anyone use EVGA PrecisionX? I'm getting weird graphical errors when playing video, even with the OSD off.

I have tried it, but was not getting any screen artifacts.

However, I can't even turn on the OSD, it doesn't show up under the settings section (I assume it should be on the settings area next to the fan curve / interface options? Is it hiding somewhere else?). Also, wow does it crank the fans up faster by default....go from 1500rpm to 2500rpm (drops tempts by about 5C, but gets very noisy).
