The GTX Titan X owners thread.

I use a 28inch Asus 4K monitor but I game at a desk, the monitor is max 2-3 feet away. Using AA depends on the game to be honest.

I'm not looking into OLED personally (have no idea how prices will be). I'm looking into something GSync based 120-144hz.

ive been hearing 4K g-sync is going to need a D.P 1.3? i hope not
yeah some games can run AA on with on Titan X, i find it hard to tell got mine about 3 feel away but i lean back a lot on my chair

this is very interesting, but the LG has very bad input lag compared to other tvs , this needs a new thread in the tv section
4k tv needs 4:4:4 chroma reproduction to work as a monitor ive been reading
yeah think it dose lol you could make a thread and post the link on here

Anyone actually played Shadows of Mordor, as opposed to running the benchmark?

I tried it at 2160p, Ultra everything + downloaded Ultra textures enabled.

On one card it was averaging 30 fps (with dips down to 25!)

I tried it with SLI and to be honest the average framerate was in the 50's which isn't bad, but the minimums when I was fighting still went below 30!

This is the problem with the benchmark, it doesn't give you an idea of in-game performance. Particularly when you are battling 10 orcs at once.

Bit disappointed by the Titan X in this regard.

ive played about 30min not much with AA off seems to never drop under 50 hits 60 most of the time, with AA on its a diffrent story about 30FPS

Same here. I ordered my titan x superclocked 3 weeks ago aswell. The wait is agonising:( Especially after reading all the amazing reviews on here.

Kap rip me the EVGA bios please form one of your cards and send it me. I wish to check out a couple of things.

Come on man!! WIn8 10 or whatever your using for 11X you need Win 7 for that bench.

did i evert tell you that you're my hero, 9i'm so drunk i c annt ytype4 this :p:p:p:p you gotta laugh :p

How do these cards run in SLI? No micro stutter or anything like that I hope? any drawbacks or negatives? thinking of going one now and another in the future but I want it to be seamless

guys im due to pick up my second card on the 15th and a lot of people saying theses cards are over priced, kinda makeing me feel bad spending so much on them
i run in 4k 1 card is doing well, i was hopeing to keep mine for 2 years untill the next Titan
i was hopeing to get a 144hz 4k g-sync when it comes out in 2016
but i hear allso that dp 1.2 can only do 60hz and HDMI 2.0 can only do 60hz, so will be no change my cards will be able to run over 60hz at 4K
what you guys think i love my card and am looking forward to getting me second but a lot of haters out there
AMD fan boys i hate the AMD cards just dont like the way they look
intel and Nvidia for me all the way

The 4K 144hz won't be out for at least 6 months and then it'll probably only be one very buggy Asus, but when Pascal comes out in (very roughly) a year or so you'll have to get the Pascal Titans for 4K 144hz. No big deal though as I imagine the cards will hold decent value, perhaps not as much as the OGs, but still enough to trade in for 1 Titan Pascal.

I've been quite stingy with my GPU purchases of late (currently running a pair of second hand 290s), but I could well be tempted by the Pascal Titan, should it materialise.
