If your desktop is set to 4k then set the res to "system" in the options in valley.

I tried that: it ran at 1080p.

My EVGA SC one was Dead on Arrival on the 15th, still waiting on a refund so I can order elsewhere.

Haven't done a pencil volt mod since the Abit NF7!
I ended up killing the board and bought another one which I soldered, no way I am doing it to a Titan

Preferably at Ultra settings with limited (or no) AA depending on the game.
