The GTX Titan X owners thread.

So now you guys/gals have had a chance to put these through their paces is now the time to jump on the 4k bandwagon with two TX’s? With the view that I don’t want to buy any more GPU’s for 18 to 24 months after this.

Or would it be best to go safe with a Swift, even though two cards may be overkill for 1440p now I can be confident they will still demolish at stuff in 2016(and probably 2017 as consoles will limit how far companies will push things).

If you like the original ROG Swift, maybe the upcoming 4k ROG Swift would appeal to you if you don't need 100+ fps gaming.

Cut down due to defective L2 cache with memory bridge for the last 0.5gb, people upgrading from 970s to have something else to moan about :p

(Disclaimer: I don't expect this to happen)

SLI Titan Xs should be close to Quad SLI GTX980s without the scaling problems.

Would love to see those benchies from Kaapstad that has both 2 Titan Xs and 4xGTX980s.

hahaaa

and I quote:

Yeah that statement was a little outrageous.

It's nowhere near as fast as 980 SLI if SLI works. Even overclocked.

:p

It would appear they are considerable quicker :)

Below is the 2160p table from the Heaven 4 bench, there are 2 TXs in the table to give you an idea of the performance.

This card has been perfect for me so far.

Dying Light maxed at 3440x1440. 75fps average. Love it.

Dying Light is a game at 1440p with textures on High (and you can tell the difference with medium, they looked very compressed) that struggled on the 980's frame buffer. :)

Nice res BTW, literally just took delivery of my wide aspect DELL :)
