I've been listening to some Paul Elstak sets lately, an artist I've never paid much attention to but he's OG hardcore, his sets are pretty mental, some great old skool cheese. If you like Darren styles you will love it

When I was about 20ish living in Holland I met him a few times, he was tiny back then and Defqon was like 5k people. He was always buzzing off his **** and wanted to be BFFs with everyone
Still to this day the most Dutch sounding person on the face of the earth, I still can't decide if it's his normal accent or if he lays it on extra thick for the crowd.

Amazing story! Listened to his 2022 X-Qlusive set earlier, happy hardcore children of the night etc was raving at my desk to utter cheese
