Missiles gain nothing from spinning in fact it makes them worse, spectacularly worse, as it means their fins would rip off and they wouldn't be able to turn accurately. They are designed not to spin at all.

arent darts ment to fly like a rocket does? they have fins dont they get stability when they spin?
 
Rockets and missiles don't need to spin, they're self-propelled. Only shells and bullets have rifled barrels to help them reach longer distances.

think of fins as.. Air Rudders.
