i knew GTA:IV looked crap anyway but never that crap, why dont you turn up the graphics? you can get a lot lot lot better graphics with the GPU you've got

I really run it at 1920x1200 with everything on high, looks great but god dammit, it certainly aint as smooth as the 360 version by any means. Im hoping its just the ATI drivers
