Looks like textures on low, draw and detail distance on minimum, no AF, and a widescreen resolution resized into a 4:3 res...
Why ?

Hell yeah!

Gameplay is immense. Screw modern gfx :p

This week I'm playing through SR 1,2 and 3 just for the retro-ness.

i knew GTA:IV looked crap anyway but never that crap, why dont you turn up the graphics? you can get a lot lot lot better graphics with the GPU you've got

Just being a combo breaker thats all :D I really run it at 1920x1200 with everything on high, looks great but god dammit, it certainly aint as smooth as the 360 version by any means. Im hoping its just the ATI drivers :(.
