Is the Warhead tracks on 'Enthusiast' mode? If so thats very high settings i think. Its what i use but i dont know if thats high or very high

ah it must be? i assumed it was the same as crysis and needed dx10 for very high settings

Nah, the sunshafts (run rays through trees) are on in warhead. In high settings on crysis they are off with a load of other stuff. Very high Cvars are available for XP on crysis that enables all or most of the dx10 stuff. Warhead seems to have skipped this and allow most or all of the DX10 content on XP with the default settings.
They probably figured out people know how to edit cfg files to enable most of the DX10 content on XP and get a higher FPS than using vista

what makes you think he wont? :confused:

i often download games to see how well they will run and find out of they are worth the cash, maybe he is the same? its the developers fault for not releasing demos and with all the shoddy ports the pc has been getting recently who can blame someone for wanting to try before they buy?

this has to be the most upsetting monent in any game so far

Supreme Commander FA. Defence map. You have to setup aload of base defences and defeat wave after wave of enemy units which get harder and harder untill it throws multiple experimentals at you.

That looks cool, shame my computer would probably huddle into the corner and cry instead of trying to deal with all the units though.
