Yes it's DX9 but the pictures seriously do not do it justice, honestly it looks SO much better in motion.

As for how i got, i'm afraid i can't say due to OCUK rules.

OCUK rules also state that you can't post pictures of games achieved in ways which you can't mention on the forum before their release...

Well i'm not sure if it's against the rules how i got it yet. For all you know i could have pulled those pics from the internet randomly anyway. I never once said they was mine...
