It's Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, the map shown is Goldrush. Still quite possibly my favourite PC game ever, nothing since has quite matched the magic I felt with that (free) game

Gameplay > graphics and that game had sublime gameplay in gigantic lorry loads, absolutely fantastic game.

You get it after a quest at Ten Penny Tower it's something that really does come in handy quite a bit.
