I like that it doesnt force weather on you for specific main missions ie entering pripyat doesnt switch it to sunny midday.

Made my final assualt in Limansk in Clear Sky awesome, it started late evening with a bit of rain then shifted into night and with a heavy thunderstorm with flares going up much better than namsy pamsy daylight.

Now its better with the ability to sleep so you can choose whatever time you want.

EDIT: Is it just me or does calling being able to sleep in game an ability just sound weird/funny.

How is the AVP single player? Doubt id play the MP but SP is tempting.

Very, very short. The human campaign is about 3 1/2 hours, the alien and predator ones are 2 1/2 hours each as a rough estimate.

Stalker soc with complete 2009 mod, first pld soc few years back on crappy pc and this is gfx wise pretty much better looking

Yes it is dx 11 on my 5850. Well I've started in DX11 mode and chosen the options in the dx11 menu in game. But I'm using cat 9.12 so I could get the game running.
