Always thought the lighting in ArmA looked very realistic. I tried to enjoy the game (huge fan of OFP) but the performance problems made it quite tiresome. Will try it again in the summer though when I get my new rig sorted.

Completely stock. The original shots were at 1680x1050/4xAA/max details. Amazing game, with some truly beautiful graphics imho.

Yeah, seems to be a real splitter on the gameplay. I think it helped if you missed out on most of the hype (like myself). Still, the best part of the game is sadly the first few chapters, it does tail off from the Alien ship

I got this game, sadly it ran like poop so have uninstalled and put on the shelf till upgrade system again, shame cos the shadows detail is like nothing else!!!

lol, yea i threw the poor guy in *** sea too for a swimming lesson, ha ha

the effects of the water splosh were really sharp

oh the textures, mmmmmmm

the under water is amazing, screenies do not do *** water justice

looks poop here, but when you play its really hard to tell the textures from the 3d stones, looks really great!!

cant wait to see it running well enough to play properly

KALIBUR, by modding the config you can take crysis to another level detail wise, infact with enough messing you can get some almost real looking parts and im not joking, problem for me is STILL performance, though it looks INCREDIBLE, took these a while ago with HDR and such enabled, think it makes a huge difference personally

Looking at the HUD display, thats a BF2 mod of some description....i think. :confused:

Also, take it easy with the jpeg compression, those screenshots are riddled with artifacts.The days of 56k dialup are long gone, there's no need to compress images so much!

If it's SilverSurfer its almost always some form of BF2...
