The High-Res Screenshot Thread!

hahaha awesome, make sure you hit up the League of Legends thread and we can teach you to buy only one pair of boots and not a Dorans Blade! :P :P

I've got somewhat better since then

Playing with Cho'gath and really enjoying it. My best score was 12/3/17 in a match earlier.

Its basically a virtual train set so you can let loose your train obsessions.

Beats the embarassment of having a train set in your dining room, just try to keep it under wraps that you play a train driving game. My dad still won't let it go :D

Its not a "game" more of a sandbox toy its something to casually play when its raining. Its not going to distract you too much from the latest fps game its just something you dip in and out of, and feel warm inside looking at the sheer quality of the train modelling.

They're hyping up a multiplayer mode but its nowhere to be seen yet, much excitement if it ever lands.

Is the A1 updated for Rw3 now?
I'm more of a Trainz guy, been using it since 2001 but also own Railworks.. I even got a Raildriver the other week.. I feel a bit geeky but its a hobby!

Trainz's engine isn't as pretty as RW but still I prefer its functionability(sp?) and can get some nice shots..

Above shots are TS12, not to be confused with TS2012

is that rail driver thing any good?

As I run RW/TS2012 and Trainz its pretty worth it. Sadly for Trainz it doesn't yet work for steam locos (driver update in future I believe). The first thing I noticed with it was how you could drive without any on screen info as you could essentially 'feel' where your throttle and brakes were... Much more immersive.

I wasn't going to get one as I saw them all over the place for way over £200 but tried bidding on an ebay one then found them elseware for much cheaper (£150) and just bought on impulse really .

Don't regret it though, feels well made, heavy and adds a lot more realism. Bit of a shame its like a US cab console though! But I like to drive most things and you couldn't own a Raildriver for every cab layout (if they existed!)
