Yes buddy it is zbrush! its just like moulding clay i prefer it too 3dsmax

I see a problem in the 1st and 4th pic as the shadow stops short making the parts look like they are not connected to the car.

It looks horribly dated like 1998. Reminds me of some parts of the film Green Zone or a mix of films with Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq etc. I did love CS:S back in it's days. Too many freaky sounds automatically downloaded and all that going for it when you play. Unreal Tournament etc, can't stand it.
 
Its counter strike source, de_dust given a makeover. Looks nice in motion.

Its on the ukcs server.

Iirc the other one has been given the same treatment.

Interesting little game. This is right at the start of the game.

If you like the puzzle parts of games like tomb raider this is the game for you.
