Man, I so want to get my Skyrim looking like that, but I just don't have the patience to find and install those mods. Wish someone could do all the work for me and make some sort of installer with everything already in it.

Modding Skyrim is real easy if you get the mod manager. It does most of the work for you.

Yeah, as mentioned above, modding is pretty easy with nexus mod manager.
