The High-Res Screenshot Thread!

Why so many shots of Skyrim? I found it boring, it does look quite nice but after playing for 15 minutes I found myself getting bored and getting to level 2 by chopping the guy I was supposed to be following with an axe. Why doesnt he die?

Not sure if trolling.

How come all your images have strange aspect ratio?

Playing windowed at the mo, stretched to fit the screen (22") other than the task bar and route bar at the top showing. Just easier to pop in and out of the game...

Edit: Aspect ration is not quite right as to the size, res in windowed is 1904x989, just some trivia.. I play in full screen at 1920x1080 usually..

oh and its 16:10.

Here's a 1920x1080 shot of the plane in my last post..;)

Is Wrye bash similar to Nexus Mod Manager? That seems to be able to download and activate mods too?

Also for starters to make the game look awesome what other mods than the 2k textures should I get?

Wrye bash doesn't download the mods for you and is more complex than NMM.

Other than HD 2k I would start by using Vurt's flora overhaul. The rest are down to personal taste and best installed as you go along.

RAGE

RAGE

Nice to see some others posting RAGE screenshots, a different looking game due to using OpenGL instead of DirectX, used to be loads of games using OpenGL a few years back!

Anyway I think we should have a seperate Skyrim and Arma 2 thread as its getting a bit repetitive now? agree?

This one reminds me of Blade Runner !
