The learning curve is crazy depending on what you want to do. Plenty of guides online, most start off as a combat pilot then branch off into other things, if they desire. 
Skyrim
Here is Skyrim, but in the mod Moonpath To Elsweyr, which adds some new environments to Skyrim set in Elsweyr, the Khajit homeland, it adds some new areas to explore, new enemies and some quests. It makes a nice change of scenery if you are getting bored of the same areas in Skyrim, and is very well made, I would highly recommend it!
